By registering/Enrolling in “Addison Tool Champions” App  you consent that we may process personal data that we collect from you in accordance with these Terms and the Personal Data (Protection) Bill 2013.

Addison & Co may use information that you supply to us on enrolment such as your name and address, contact Number together with any information relating to your transactions and purchases made from Addison & Co for the purposes of :

• Administering the App

• Sending you news of our special events, offers, promotions and magazines either by post, email, SMS or through any social network; and market research 

Addison & Co, may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the Application, to provide location-based services.

Addison & Co will only share your details with businesses that assist with the operation of the App, such as external IT suppliers. Addison & Co will not share your details with any other third parties without your explicit prior written consent

We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Mobile App at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to vary or amend these Terms from time to time, at our sole discretion. We shall notify you of any changes to the APP and/or the Terms by suitable means.

These Terms shall be governed by Indian law and the courts of India / chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms.
